About Us

Aghalee Taekwondo Club was formed in May 2012.  We are affiliated with UTA (United Taekwondo Association), and British Taekwondo.

We run our classes in Aghalee Village hall, and we have classes every Tuesday evening from 6:30 – 8:00pm and every Thursday evening from 6:30 – 8:00pm.

We compete at competitions in Northern Ireland (e.g. Northern Ireland Poomsae Championships / Northern Ireland Inter-Club Poomsae Championships), and we also compete in various other competitions in the Republic of Ireland (e.g. Irish Nationals in Kyorugi), and in England (e.g. British Nationals in Poomsae and Kyorugi).

There is always a lot going on in Aghalee Taekwondo Club! We are always preparing for something, whether it be gradings, competitions, or other community events.  We pride ourselves in running a professional club, and hope that you will enjoy being part of the club should you choose to join.
